We are responsible for the selection, recruitment and promotion of officers and ratings in consultation with the appropriate owner’s representatives. Each personnel officer is responsible for assigned vessels/Clients.
We are responsible for updating, keeping and maintaining of all records, documents and papers of crewmembers working on assigned vessels/Client. All personnel recruited are suitably qualified for the positions to which they will be appointed and the requirements specified for each rank are met.

We provide crew for all type of ships, onshore and offshore personnel ,catering personnel, technical personnel for maintenance, ship repair and shipbuilding, doctors and other personnel.
We have very long experience with FPSO/FSO units, chemical/oil product/crude oil tankers , LNG/LPG, general cargo vessels, containers, bulk carriers, Ro-Ro , heavy lifts and passenger vessels/yachts; DSV, ROV support, Cable & Pipe laying vessels, AHT/AHTS, PSV/OSV, MRSV/OCV, Jack up and accommodation construction barges etc and Drilling Rigs personnel.
All personnel provided by us have previous experience in the required positions. All seafarers are licensed and STCW certified according to the requirements of Convention STCW 78’ as amended (ISM CODE,SOLAS, MARPOL, etc);
Officers completed 5 years education in Navigation or in Maritime Engineering, studied in Naval Academy Varna or Technical University Varna. They are fluent in English.They have also good experience on board vessels with multinational crew, holders of different certificates ( e.g. DP, BOSIET, HUET, FOET, H2S, MIST, IOSH, OERTM, STCW certifications ) as per company requirements.
All technical rating provided by us have very good technical skills, good English command and proper experience.
All seamen ranks are educated at seafarers college, have good practical skills, good English command and proper experience.
We provide flying repair team for ship repair / maintenance / overhauling.
